The legislative acts exclude Articles 84 and 86 from the Law. The said articles envisaged the following:
obligatory purchase of public bonds of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine at their principal value within three banking days since the proposal concerning their purchase was received from the banks;
refinancing of commercial banks under the procedure established by the National Bank of Ukraine jointly with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 4194.
